Master Patrol Officer Bruce Holmstock was struck by a car and severely
injured while responding to a hit-and-run accident November 2008 on
Danby Road. Over his 15 years of experience, he says this was his most
major incident. He recently sat down with The Ithacan to talk about his
experiences.
